Service Description
MessageBot provides business messaging services including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and RCS messaging through our API platform.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws, including TRAI regulations for commercial messaging.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
